TYPES OF SURFACE TREATMENTS

FLAMING

Flame treatment is a surface treatment technique used on various materials.
It enhances wettability and promotes coating adhesion. This method makes the surface more reactive and facilitates the adhesion of coatings such as paint, adhesive, ink, or varnish.

CRYOGENICS

Cryogenic cleaning is a method that applies the concept of aerogommage by projecting a mixture of compressed air and dry ice onto the surfaces to be treated.
This cryogenic technique provides a safe and effective alternative for industrial cleaning, particularly suitable for delicate or sensitive surfaces.

SANDING

Sanding is a process aimed at smoothing the surface by creating micro-scratches that enhance the adhesion of coatings such as paint, varnish, or plating, ensuring their resistance and durability. The main goal is to prepare the surface by making it smooth before applying a finishing product.

LASER STRIPPING

Laser ablation is an industrial technique that uses laser pulses to remove surface coatings without altering the surface itself.
This method effectively removes various impurities such as paint, rust, and/or grease. In this way, the coatings are vaporized while the surface remains intact.
